Floré's Scaling Down Operations

Dear Sun Genomics Customers and Friends,

It is with deep sadness that we share the news that Sun Genomics will be scaling back our operations. For the past nine years, we have dedicated ourselves to pioneering truly personalized gut health solutions, and we are incredibly grateful for the trust you’ve placed in us along the way. Due to the current economic uncertainty and unavailability of sustaining funds, it means that we must scale back our business.

Your access to the portal will be revoked on June 30th, 2025, when everything is closed. However, your CLIA reports and data are still stored offline. If you need your report after June 30th 2025, you can email craig.rouskey@sungenomics.com to request your report.

To this end, we will be discontinuing testing and personalized probiotics. Here’s what you need to know:

• We will be maintaining refills for those of you who need them until June 30th, 2025. Please reach out right away if you need to inquire on a bulk refill since inventory is already moving quickly. Bulk orders are being accepted until June 7th 2025.
• All remaining clinical shipments will ship by June 18th, 2025.
• If you have a monthly subscription, your June shipment will be your last.
• All tests received to the partner lab by May 12th, 2025, are in process and will still receive reports and formula(s). We cannot issue any new kits. If you have an outstanding test kit that you could not return, please email customerservice@sungenomics.com. Refunds will only be considered for tests ordered May 1, 2024, or later.

This transition has been incredibly difficult for our small but passionate team. Thank you for trusting us with your gut health journeys. If we have any updates on the future of the business, we will be sure to share them.

We’ll have very limited customer service support available by email through June 30, 2025. Note--our response time is longer than usual.
