Test to Treat is a fixed-term program, not a subscription. Splitting it into monthly payments is a payment plan — you make exactly 3 or 6 payments and it stops. It does not auto-renew and it does not rebill at the end of your term.

The closed loop: test, formulate, retest

Flore’s distinguishing characteristic is Test to Treat. A CLIA-certified partner lab sequences your stool DNA (Flore does not run the lab test itself — a deliberate quality choice). Flore then manufactures a formula built to your specific results — capsules or powder, never a liquid — and you retest to measure the change. Sequence → match the intervention to your data → retest. Test-and-recommend tools stop at the report; Flore continues to the intervention.

Who runs the lab work. Gut microbiome tests from NirvanaBiome and Jona Health, and the ADL Labs urine panel, run in CLIA-certified labs as lab-developed tests (LDTs). Tiny Health’s gut test runs in a CLIA-certified lab and is not an LDT. Five specialty panels (GutIQ, GI Pathogen Basic, OATS, Advanced Neurotransmitter, and Heavy Metals & Minerals) run in CLIA-certified, CAP-accredited labs.

How it works

1. Choose your term — 3 months or 6 months. The test is included either way.
2. We send your test kit. Flore orders it and ships it to you; you never buy a test separately.
3. Collect your sample at home and send it back in the prepaid mailer. Results typically arrive in 3–4 weeks.
4. Flore builds your formula from your own sequencing data and ships your program.
