Your OATS organic acids urine kit and your gut microbiome kit ship together on day one. Collect at home and send both samples back to the partner labs.
Step 2
Your results

Organic acids (OATS) results arrive about 14 days after your sample is returned. Microbiome results follow 3–4 weeks after you send your kit. Both land in your Flore portal.

Your formula

Your 3 months of personalized probiotics are made from your results and ship to you, with The GLP One included in your first month. Retest later, and share anything that flags with your clinician.

The OATS test runs in a CLIA-certified, CAP-accredited partner lab. NirvanaBiome, a CLIA-certified partner lab, sequences the microbiome test. Flore doesn’t run a lab.
