Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2, 2026
Our commitment
Everyone should be able to learn about their gut, order a test, and manage a formula on flore.com. That includes people who use screen readers, keyboards, voice control, magnification, or high-contrast settings.
We build and test flore.com against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA.
What we do
- Every page has a "Skip to main content" link, and the site is built to work with a keyboard alone.
- Keyboard focus is always visible.
- Images carry text alternatives. Decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- Text colors are chosen to meet AA contrast.
- Pop-ups and checkout dialogs keep focus inside while open and return it when they close.
- Animations respect your device's "reduce motion" setting.
- We run automated checks (axe-core) on key pages at desktop and phone widths, then check the results by hand.
We do not use an accessibility overlay widget. We fix the site itself.
Known gaps
Some parts of the site come from third parties, including Shopify checkout, Recharge subscriptions, Klaviyo sign-up forms, and Trustpilot reviews. We do not control their code. If one of them blocks you, tell us and we will get it done another way.
Some older blog posts and PDFs may not meet every standard yet. We are working through them.
Tell us what's not working
If anything on flore.com is hard to use, we want to hear about it. We'll help you finish what you came to do: place an order, get your results, or talk to a coach.
